The biggest spec house in Los Angeles has hit the market, clocking in at 40,000 square feet.

The $75 million Spanish villa in Bel Air includes eight bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, an indoor lap pool, indoor basketball court that doubles as a grand ballroom, a recording studio, six bars, and an underground auto gallery.

The home at 10697 Somma Way was developed by Ty Cueva of Westside Property Group.

The property was last sold for $1.25 million in 2013, according to Zillow.

The mansion is larger than the priciest listing in America – the 38,000-square-feet $250 million home at 924 Bel Air Road in Los Angeles.

The buyer for the Spanish villa can also purchase an adjacent 34,500-square-feet lot in order to enlarge their property to 92,000 square feet, according to Zillow.
