Firm Leases 22-Story Class A Building

A 22-story office building in Miracle Mile has leased out more than 22,000 square feet this year.

The Swig Co. and Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. have announced the signing of more than 22,000 square feet of leases at 6300 Wilshire in Miracle Mile in the last five months.

The Swig Co. manages the property, which is a 22-story Class A building that has 407,000 square feet of space. Those transactions consist of three new tenant leases and five renewals with existing tenants and one expanding its footprint.

“We continue to experience steady leasing activity at 6300 Wilshire, with the appeal of our extensive tenant amenities and prime location reflected in our new leases, tenant expansions, and increasing interest from prospective tenants,” Cory Kristoff, executive vice president of asset management and director of leasing for The Swig Co., said in a statement.

The new tenants include American Lemon Law Group, which was represented by CBRE Group Inc.’s John Prevas in its 2,000 square feet lease; and The Option Agency, which was represented by CBRE’s Chris Taverner and Taylor Watson in its 1,700-square-foot lease.

The third tenant, which signed a 4,400-square-foot lease, was undisclosed.

Ongoing interest

A number of tenants renewed leases at the center. Prevas also represented Movagar & Yamin in its renewal of 3,200 square feet. Drip Hydration & Concierge MD relocated in a 5,300-square-foot lease, represented by Chris McKenzie of Lee & Associates in the transaction. Rapid Medical renewed its existing lease and expanded its footprint in the building. It was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.’s Gabriel Brown in the lease.
