Santa Monica
These upcoming residential developments are located near the Metro Expo Line expansion that opened in Santa Monica last year. The 500 Broadway mixed-use residential project and others nearby seek to capitalize on pedestrian-friendly locations within walking distance of the new Santa Monica rail terminus, the Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade. Another key project is Arroyo, which will add affordable housing in a city that has seen rising real estate prices as companies vie for space in the hot Silicon Beach market.
