Cindy Miscikowski

Managing Partner, Ring Group

Cindy Miscikowski has been involved in public service for more than 35 years in the city of Los Angeles. She served as a member of the Los Angeles City Council from 1997 to 2005, after having been chief of staff to Councilman Marvin Braude for more than 20 years. She was appointed to the Board of Harbor Commissioners by Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and elected president of the board in July 2009. Since late 2009, she has been managing partner of the Ring Group, a real estate holding and management company. She lives in Brentwood in a house she shared with her husband, attorney and developer Douglas Ring, until his death in 2009.
