Denmark’s TDC said on Wednesday it had agreed to be bought by a group of British and U.S. private equity firms in a deal valuing the former telecoms monopoly at $12.04 billion.
The offer was made by Nordic Telephone Company, created recently by the private equity firms which include Apax Partners, Permira Advisors, Blackstone Group, Providence Equity Partners and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
