One of the Business Journal’s pillars is its real estate coverage, and one of the highlights of that is its quarterly real estate special report. It offers by far the most comprehensive review of real estate in Los Angeles.

And starting with this issue, it offers even more information to digest. Alongside the roundups of activity in various portions of L.A. County, the Business Journal is running an informational graphic that includes key deals for the quarter; historical data on lease rates, vacancy levels and absorption; and a map showing the profiled region.

It’s a data-filled look at the market, and much of the credit goes to Mike Rago, area manager of research services for Cushman & Wakefield. Mike’s expertise was invaluable, and I am excited about our future partnership.

I’d be remiss not to also mention the help we have received over the years from Grubb & Ellis and CB Commercial. They are all a big part of why the Business Journal continues to be the No. 1 source for local business news.
