THE LATEST: In 2018, Shannon led the closing of 112 transactions valued at $5.96 billion and was part of $2 billion of debt and equity transactions in L.A. County. Shannon leads a 31-member team focused on investment properties.

BACKGROUND: Shannon joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2015 after nearly 10 years at CBRE Group Inc. He’s also held roles at Grubb & Ellis Co. Inc. and Colliers Seeley International Inc. In his 35-year career Shannon has sold more than $65 billion of real estate. He attended USC and is a frequent guest lecturer and moderator at the school. He is a board member on the USC Lusk Center for Real Leadership Council, the USC Caruso Catholic Center and USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
