Michael Geibelson is a 15-year partner at the trial law firm Robins Kaplan LLP, three-year member of the firm’s executive board, and managing partner of its California offices. He leads the offices with distinction and brings great enthusiasm and dedication to the position. Geibelson, who joined Robins Kaplan in 1995, has achieved trial and litigation successes for retail, technology, real estate, and food and beverage clients in a wide range of business disputes.
An experienced litigator, Geibelson’s trial experience is deep in commercial, class action, real estate, and antitrust matters, and ranges widely from the representation of cattle ranchers in fraud and veterinary malpractice matters, to building owners seeking to remedy welding product defects, to ship owners sued for trespass resulting from the grounding of their vessel, to organizations suing upon violations of the Clean Water Act and Endangered Species Act.
