Ann Kono brings over 20 years of experience focused on operational scale and digital transformation for private and public companies. In founding Leda Advisory Group, Kono seeks to converge her passion for helping growth stage companies thrive while leveraging her experience to architect world-class business models.
In addition to working with clients, Kono is currently on the board of Treehouse Real Estate and Stable Road Acquisition Company. She previously served as a partner, chief information and risk officer of Ares Management where she supported significant expansion of the platform. Prior to Ares, she was the head of application development at Western Asset Management. Kono currently serves as a board member of Junior Achievement in Southern California (JaSocal), a non-profit focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work readiness for students in elementary through high school. JASocal and its volunteers serve 50,000 students in LA annually.
