Paul Weisbrich is a managing director in the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking Group at D.A. Davidson & Co., where he leads the firm’s aerospace and defense efforts. Weisbrich possesses over three decades of investment banking and corporate finance experience on behalf of middle market and public companies, with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions. Weisbrich has advised more than 350 companies and led the closing of over $6 billion in transactions spanning five continents. His successfully completed transactions include 25 percent of cross-border transactions.
Weisbrich’s extensive activity within the aerospace and defense industry extends internationally, with yearly organization and attendance of events surrounding such conferences as the Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg, Germany, the Paris Airshow and the Farnborough Airshow. In the last 12 months alone, Weisbrich has successfully closed four transactions in the aerospace and defense sector.
