The lease was signed in 2018 and the additional space is currently under the planning and construction phase of the Tenant Improvements. The new location of UCLA Health is centrally situated in Encino and serves Encino, Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, and the surrounding areas in the San Fernando Valley within very close proximity of the 405 and 101 freeways. The offices are comprised of primary and specialty medical care.
