Hollywood director and producer Joe Carnahan is selling his Pacific Palisades home for $3.89 million.
Carnahan, who executive produced the Katherine Heigl political drama “State of Affairs,” purchased the home in February 2015 for $3.1 million, according to property records.
The 3,650-square-foot home sits on an 8,370-square-foot lot and includes five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The listing agents are Ryan Jancula, Amy Alcini, and Trevor Montana of Beverly Hills-based Compass Brokerage.
