Dahlberg was managing director and national practice leader of forensic accounting and litigation consulting practice at Kroll, a risk consulting company. Farrow was managing director at Kroll.
Jefferson C.M. Coombs has joined the Los Angeles office of Campbell-Ewald, a national advertising and marketing communications network, as executive vice president. Coombs was previously vice president of marketing and sales at PlanetOut Inc., a media and entertainment company.
Scott Hunter has been named principal of the Los Angeles office of NBBJ, an international architecture and design firm. Hunter was previously a senior associate with the firm's New York office.
HNTB Architecture Inc. has hired Kirk von Spaeth as senior project manager in its Los Angeles office. Von Spaeth was previously an associate vice president and western region sports market leader at Cannon Design, a company that offers interior design, architecture, engineering and planning services.

Debra Bradford has been named vice president and banking center manager of the Wilshire-Crescent Heights Branch of Comerica Bank. Previously, Bradford was a branch manager for Bank of the West in Redondo Beach.
Convergent Wealth Advisors, a subsidiary of City National Corp., has named Donald Berghoff managing director in its Los Angeles office. Berghoff was previously president of family advisory services at Northern Trust Bank.
City National Bank has hired Marianne Lamutt executive vice president and director of human resources division in its downtown Los Angeles office. Lamutt was previously senior vice president at Bank of the West.
Brand Sense Partners, a Los Angeles-based business development consultancy, has hired Sid Kaufman as senior vice president of licensing. Kaufman was previously executive vice president at Signatures Network, a company that creates music merchandising programs.
Occidental Petroleum Corp., an international oil and gas exploration and production company, has promoted William E. Albrecht to president and Todd A. Stevens to vice president of California operations in the Los Angeles-based oil and gas unit. Albrecht was previously vice president of California operations. Stevens was vice president of acquisitions and corporate finance.
MySpace has appointed Jeff Berman president of sales and marketing. Berman was previously the company's executive vice president of marketing and content.
Eric Natal has been hired as director of marketing by Fanprice Inc., a Web site service that provides event ticketing. Natal previously served as project lead at the marketing agency USMP.
Winston & Strawn LLP, an international commercial law firm, has added John S. Gibson as partner in the litigation practice at its Los Angeles office. Gibson was previously a partner at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP.

Walt Disney Co. has donated $220,000 to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Los Angeles County. The 44 clubs each received a $5,000 donation from Disney toward program support as well as 50 tickets to Disney Resort.
Summa Children's Foundation has honored USC football Coach Pete Carroll for his work with A Better L.A., a non-profit organization Carroll created in 2003 to alleviate gang violence in Los Angeles. SCF funds organizations that improve health, social and educational well-being of at-risk youth throughout Los Angeles.
