Nme.com

This is a British music site that is just fantastic. It has music news, reviews, audio/video clips and British pop charts, but mostly I go here for the music. They play regular alterna-rock stuff. We're talking about Cold Play, Andrew W.K., The Hives, those kinds of bands. Before Rock music breaks in the U.S. it usually does well in Britain. For instance The Strokes and The White Stripes were both really big in England before they broke here.

TVTracker.com

This is a Web site a man named Mark Hoebich runs. He tracks all television development deals and active projects. I use this a lot as a reference guide. You can find out who sold what to whom, who is going to work where, kind of like who is doing what. It's a subscription site.

Eatingit.net

This is a comedy show that goes on every Monday night at Luna Lounge in New York. The site has information about past shows and alternative comedians in New York. It has links to comedy shows and other clubs, all within the alternative comedy world, obscure type comedy like "Mr. Show."
