Los Angeles Football Club
A co-president and chief business officer, Larry Freedman has led every aspect of the club’s business growth, from building BMO Stadium into a premier Exposition Park venue to structuring landmark partnerships. A graduate of Boston University and UCLA law school, Freedman joined the LAFC in 2014, years before the club played its first match. In 2019, he won the MLS Doug Hamilton Executive of the Year, following the club’s inaugural launch. Last year, the club signed South Korean star Son Heung-min, driving revenue to $158 million and propelling LAFC’s valuation to $1.4 billion – the second highest in MLS. And BMO Stadium also surpassed one million tickets sold across all events
