Caruso
Rick Caruso is the founder and executive chair of his namesake firm, Caruso, one of the largest private real estate companies in the country, best known for its high-end retail centers. Its notable local properties include The Grove, Palisades Village and The Americana at Brand. The company has achieved a compounded annual growth rate of nearly 20% since its inception. Last year, Caruso launched Steadfast LA in response to wildfires that devastated the county. The nonprofit organization is working to streamline rebuilding in the area. Caruso is involved in other organizations and he and his wife, Tina, founded the Caruso Family Foundation in 1991. The group helps underserved children and their families break the cycle of poverty.
