Laura Clark became chief executive of Rexford Industrial in April. The Sawtelle-based company specializes in industrial real estate. She succeeds Michael Frankel and Howard Schwimmer in the role. As of March 31, the company had 414 properties and roughly 50.4 million square feet occupied. Clark first joined Rexford as chief financial officer in 2020 and rose to chief operating officer in 2024. Before joining the company, she was a senior vice president at Regency Centers, where she oversaw operational analysis, budgeting and reporting for the company’s West region. She had previously held roles in institutional sales and equity research at Green Street Advisors, served as vice president of capital markets at Iron Tree Capital and as vice president at Inland Capital Markets Group.
