As chief executive of Providence’s Los Angeles and coastal service area since 2024, Michael Ricks oversees Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica and Little Company of Mary hospitals in San Pedro and Torrance. He served as chief executive of Providence Saint John’s Health Center for the prior six years, during which it became the first local hospital sponsor of the American Heart Association’s mobile CPR training kiosk.
