Johnson Fain
Scott Johnson, the founding design partner of Johnson Fain, oversees the design of every architectural project. He studied at Stanford University, the University of California, Berkeley, and Harvard University’s School of Design, and trained at firms including The Architects’ Collaborative and Skidmore Owings & Merrill. Since co-founding Johnson Fain in 1989, his work has significantly contributed to the Century City skyline, with structures including Fox Plaza, the Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Place. He directed the Master of Architecture Programs at the University of Southern California. He and his business partner, William Fain, share the AIA Los Angeles Gold Medal. His current work includes the Figueroa Eight residential tower and the LA ART gondola connector serving Dodger Stadium
