Snead is the general manager of the Los Angeles Rams, a role he has held since 2012. His contract goes through 2026. He was with the team when it made the move from St. Louis to Los Angeles and when it won Super Bowl LVI against the Cincinnati Bengals at its home field, SoFi Stadium, in Inglewood. Before joining the Rams, Snead was with the Atlanta Falcons for 13 seasons in a variety of roles. During his time with the team, it played in one Super Bowl and two NFC Championships. Snead also spent three seasons in the pro scouting department of the
Jacksonville Jaguars and is a former football player.
