Coleman serves as the chief executive and chair of Brentwood-based real estate investment trust Hudson Pacific Properties, which boasts over 15.8 million square feet of office buildings and 1.5 million square feet of sound stages primarily in the Western U.S. He’s been a board member since Hudson Pacific’s IPO in 2010. Prior to his current roles, Coleman founded and served as managing partner of Hudson Pacific’s predecessor company, Hudson Capital. Coleman serves on the board of directors of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics, Young Presidents’ Organization Gold Los Angeles, Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission and is a member of Nareit’s Advisory Board of Governors.
