Chalmers Equity Group, CEG Construction
Chalmers is the founder and president of Pico Rivera-based Chalmers Equity Group and CEG Construction, both of which specialize in industrial real estate. Chalmers founded Chalmers Equity Group in 1987, initially focusing on multifamily development and construction, but pivoted to the industrial space following the 1989 recession and subsequently launched CEG Construction in 1993. CEG Construction has completed hundreds of projects and Chalmers Equity Group manages a portfolio of 3 million square feet. Some recent accomplishments include leading the design and construction of a 400,000-square-foot industrial business park in downtown and spearheading the design and construction of Erewhon’s flagship commissary facility.
