Rubano is head of Cushman & Wakefield’s debt and structured finance platform for the U.S., as well as an executive vice chair in the firm’s Century City office. Rubano has long been considered one of the top commercial real estate debt advisers in the U.S. and has placed over $100 billion of debt in his career. He sits on the board of directors of the U.S. Soccer Foundation and is also on the advisory board of Adopt Together, which is the world’s largest nonprofit crowdfunding platform for adoption and extends his philanthropic endeavors to various organizations such as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Children’s Burn Foundation. Rubano earned his MBA from the Anderson School of Business at University of California, Los Angeles.
