DeGiorgio founded Playa Vista-based auction house Crexi in 2015, hoping to create an open marketplace and technology solution for the commercial real estate industry. Under his leadership, Crexi has become a leading platform, facilitating over $650 billion in transactions and supporting more than 3 million monthly users navigating $7 trillion in property value nationwide. The company recently launched Lease Data on Crexi, which pulls data on over 1.5 million lease spaces nationwide, and Crexi View, an AR tool designed to simplify prospecting and evaluating properties on the go, as well as added CMBS NOI data, pre-foreclosure data and flood zone data for properties on Crexi Intelligence. DeGiorgio is a member of YPO Los Angeles and Vistage Worldwide CEO Group.
