Sullivan is the chair of North American Brokerage for London-based real estate property advisor Savills. He joined the firm in 1986 and has played a big role in driving its growth in the Golden State. He was formerly a vice chair and Western Region lead for the company, where he set goals for its seven West Coast offices. Sullivan has been involved in lease negotiations for companies and entities such as Comcast, Westfield Corp., Panavision, ICM Partners, the city of Los Angeles, Time Inc., the State Bar of California and several law firms. He is an alumnus of California State University, Northridge and the USC Marshall School of Business, where he earned an MBA.
