Hueston is a founding partner of litigation boutique Hueston Hennigan, which was founded as an offshoot of Irell & Manella and has since expanded to New York. He was hailed as the 2025 Litigator of the Year by law firm research platform Benchmark Litigation and received an award for Outstanding Contributions to the Law by legal research firm Chambers and Partners in 2024. This past year, Hueston scored a defense verdict for client Boeing in a trade secret and breach of contract case. He also helped toss a case against McDonald’s that alleged the fast-food company was not living up to its pledge to spend more of its money on Black-owned media.
