Hartouni is the founder and chief executive of Equity Union Real Estate, an Encino-based residential real estate brokerage that boasts over 850 agents across 12 offices in Southern California. Since its inception only three years ago, Equity Union leads in terms of units closed in Los Angeles County and today generates over $3 billion in sales volume annually, according to the firm, which illustrates a 122% increase in transaction growth over a five-year period. Equity Union’s offices are located throughout Los Angeles’ Westside, the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Conejo Valley and Riverside County’s Coachella Valley. Hartouni owned multiple Keller Williams franchises up until he created Equity Union in March 2022.
