Roski Jr. is the chair of City of Industry-based Majestic Realty Co., the business his father founded in 1948, which he joined in 1966. The company is one of the largest privately held development companies in the country, with a diverse portfolio spanning 91 million square feet and over 400 buildings owned. Throughout the past few decades, Roski has led Majestic’s expansion into new asset types to include office and retail properties, as well as sports, entertainment, hospitality and multifamily. Aside from Majestic Realty, Roski is a co-owner of the Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Lakers and the Crypto.com Arena, boasting a net worth of $8.7 billion. He serves on the board of trustees of USC and established the Majestic Realty Foundation in 2002.
