Langley has been with Universal Pictures for the past 24 years after working at New Line Cinema in Burbank, where she started as a production executive. At Universal, she has climbed the ranks of executive leadership from SVP of production to president to co-chair and then chair of Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. Last year she was elevated again to the chair of NBCUniversal Entertainment and Studios. In that role, Langley continues to leverage her longstanding relationships with content creators to unlock a cross-portfolio creative strategy including programming, distribution and marketing. Last year, Langley was recognized by Fortune’s “100 Most Powerful Women in Business.”
