Hasson co-founded Figs Inc. in 2013 and serves as the executive chair of the board. She previously served as co-chief executive until August 2022. Figs has worked to reimagine scrubs, created premium products for health care professionals and introduced a convenient and seamless direct-to-consumer online platform to further the brand. Prior to starting Figs, she was an entrepreneur who was the founder and CEO of Heather Hasson Bags, a high-end bag line, and Figs Ties, a tie and scarf company. Hasson’s accolades include being named in 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs (Goldman Sachs, 2018 & 2019) and Top 100 Female Founders (Inc. Magazine, 2019). She is a board member of RxArt, a nonprofit that pairs leading contemporary artists with pediatric hospitals.
