McMains is responsible for the New York-based construction firm’s operations in Southern California. Recent notable projects include SoFi Stadium and the Intuit Dome – two high-profile sports venues in Inglewood. Turner also recently completed the $1.5 billion Tom Bradley West Gates expansion at Los Angeles International Airport and the $170 million California Market Center makeover in downtown Los Angeles’ fashion district. Turner’s largest current local project is the $5 billion, 17.5-acre One Beverly Hills mixed-use development on the west end of Beverly Hills that will include a hotel, two residential towers, a retail pavilion and conference center. The firm’s highest profile project in downtown was the 73-story, $1.3 billion Wilshire Grand Center.
