The 22 Fund
Gray founded The 22 Fund, an impact, early-growth venture capital firm that invests in sustainable, tech-based manufacturing companies to increase their sales. The downtown firm intentionally targets women- and minority-owned businesses to increase access to funding for these groups. Its portfolio includes Repurpose, Re-Nuble, Sienna Naturals and more. Gray is the president of the city’s Commission on the Status of Women and previously served on Melinda French Gates’ Pivotal Venture’s Women of Color Advisory Council. Gray founded the nonprofit We Are Enough, whose mission is to educate women on how and why to invest in women-owned, for-profit businesses.
