BMO
As regional president, Dunleavy executes strategy and drives performance for BMO’s retail branches across Southern and Central California. Managing this region’s retail operations has been a big push for Dunleavy, given that BMO received about 1 million new California-based customers in 2023 after it acquired Bank of the West. Before joining BMO, Dunleavy had a variety of roles including managing director in financial consulting at Alvarez & Marsal and national head of mortgage sales and student lending at Bank of America. She currently serves on the boards of Junior Achievement L.A. and the L.A. Library Foundation.
