Dilfer has been the executive director of Business Finance Capital for more than 12 years, working to grow the Westlake firm’s SBA lending activity. The firm was ranked as L.A. County’s top SBA 504 lender in the Business Journal’s annual list by number of loans made having lent $285 million to Angeleno businesses in 2024. Since 2003, Dilfer has personally facilitated more than $5 billion in commercial and SBA loans, funding over 2,000 commercial real estate transactions. Externally, she serves on the boards of AltaMed Health Care Services, the C5 Youth Foundation of Southern California, the California State Fullerton’s Giles-O’Malley Center for Leadership and Youth Champions, a national scholarship program based in Los Angeles.
