As managing partner at Upfront Ventures, Suster has led a number of notable investments including Invoca, Density and Nanit. Upfront is a Santa Monica-based venture capital firm that targets companies at their earliest stages for long-term partnerships. In his role, Suster is also heavily involved with the planning and execution of the firm’s annual Upfront Summit which brings together more than 1,000 investors, entrepreneurs and innovators. Prior to Upfront, Suster founded two enterprise software companies: Koral which was acquired by Salesforce.com; and BuildOnline which was acquired by The Sword Group. Before those ventures, he was a software developer at Accenture where he spent time working in Europe, Japan and the U.S.
