Daniels leads the SBA lending efforts for U.S. Bank which was the top SBA 7(a) lender in the Los Angeles district office in 2024 and the top lender in California by loan numbers. In this role, Daniels assesses companies’ capital needs and provides guidance on how to expand and increase efficiency. He is also a part of the bank’s “fly-in” meetings in Washington, D.C. to work with congressional offices and policy directors on small business legislation. Outside of U.S. Bank, Daniels has served as an advisory board member for the Los Angeles Archdiocese for Ministry with Young Adults, coached youth baseball and football, and has been a mentor in two programs serving first generation college students.
