As managing partner of Sawtelle-based Leonard Green & Partners, Danhakl has been involved in the private equity investment firm’s most substantial deals. Most recently, Danhakl played a major in role in the firm’s sale of SRS Distribution to The Home Depot for more than $18 billion – the largest exit in LGP’s history. LGP currently has more than $70 billion in assets under management and invests in sound, growing companies that lead their perspective markets. In its tenure, the firm has completed over 150 investments ranging from traditional buyouts, going-private transactions, recapitalizations, growth equity and selective public equity and debt positions. Danhakl also serves on the boards of a number of organizations.
