In her role, Settle oversees operations, strategy and vision for Greycroft, a venture capital firm which focuses on software, such as AI infrastructure, sustainability and consumer brands. She remains active on the firm’s management committee and investment committee. Settle’s investments include Merit Beauty, Goop and Citizen, and she has previously made exits from Bumble, The RealReal and Pulse, which was acquired by LinkedIn in 2013. Outside of Greycroft, Settle is a board director at IMAX Corp. She also co-founded Baby2Baby, a nonprofit dedicated to providing children in poverty with everyday necessities. The nonprofit recently distributed over 7 million emergency supplies in response to the January L.A. wildfires.
