Eghbali manages investing practices as well as operations for Santa Monica-based Clearlake Capital, an investment firm with more than $85 billion in assets under management. Providing long-term capital to businesses primarily in the technology, industrials and consumer industries, Clearlake takes an operational improvement approach. Prior to co-founding the firm in 2006, Eghbali was a private equity investor at TPG and also worked in investment banking in Morgan Stanley’s mergers and acquisitions group. He serves on the boards of directors for the Chelsea Football Club and his family’s foundation, the Noor Foundation, whose mission is to foster the personal and professional development of youth and individuals with limited opportunities.
