Cutting Edge HC Inc., a newly formed management company based in the Miracle Mile, has acquired Respiratory Therapeutics Group for an unknown sum.
Cutting Edge announced May 24 it had picked up the Windsor Square-based manufacturer of respiratory disposable devices and products used in settings from acute care to hospice to home.
A representative of Respiratory Therapeutics Group did not immediately respond to a request for terms of the deal.
Cutting Edge Healthcare, founded in February by Chief Executive Meyer Greenbaum, claims various holdings in emerging and innovative medical device companies.
It also incubates and accelerates its companies with a proprietary software platform with shared consulting, sales, marketing, legal and financial resources. According to its website, it has also invested in Dentifi Marketing Group and ViroHealth.
