Sunitha Reddy MBA, MPH, FACHE, is the chief revenue officer/vice president of operations for Prime Healthcare, the fifth largest for-profit health system in the United States with 54 hospitals in 15 states, more than 360 outpatient locations and over 60,000 employees and affiliated physicians. In her leadership role, Reddy drives innovation throughout Prime Healthcare through the planning and directing of Prime Healthcare’s operational and financial strategy and initiatives. She is responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals and collaborates with other leaders to guide the development of Prime Healthcare’s future growth.
Reddy works closely with local leadership and chief medical officers to strengthen case management departments and streamline hospital clinical workflows She spearheaded the development of a strategic vendor outsourcing program, the implementation of new technologies and platforms, optimization of revenue cycle IT systems and improved point-of service collections, yielding a multi-million dollar bottom line improvement.
