As COO, she oversees the complex operations that support high‑acuity cancer and diabetes care, ensuring consistency, quality and efficiency across City of Hope’s hospitals and ambulatory sites. With a strong clinical background, she has been instrumental in fostering care models that emphasize safety, compassion and collaboration, while also supporting initiatives that enhance clinician experience and reduce administrative burden.
