For the past 15 years, Kathryn McCann has focused her legal career on representing national and global companies in large, complex and class action litigation in the areas of business, real estate, contracts, securities fraud, premises liability, corporate tort, products liability and entertainment. She has handled cases in California federal and state courts, the California Court of Appeal, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as before various arbitral tribunals and administrative hearing boards.
McCann currently manages a team of attorneys representing a large municipal government in several related, complex matters in federal, state and bankruptcy courts. As head of this team, she directs day to day litigation work, and also oversees overall litigation strategy for each case. Her varied cases have given McCann insight into how best to provide not only top notch, but personalized legal service to large corporate and governmental clients.
