Emil Petrossian is a leading litigation partner and trial attorney with a successful practice that entails all facets of complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts and arbitral forums. Petrossian is co-resident in Glaser Weil’s Los Angeles and San Diego offices.
Petrossian has extensive first-chair experience litigating high-stakes, eight-and nine-figure commercial disputes for major businesses throughout the country. In addition to having significant jury trial experience in both state and federal courts, Petrossian had handled numerous arbitrations and has substantial appellate experience in federal Courts of Appeals and the California Court of Appeal. While tenacious in the courtroom, Petrossian understands the nuances of big-ticket litigation.
