Nakeya T. Fields, LCSW, PPSE, RPT-S, is the founder and CEO of The Therapeutic Play Foundation (TPF), a Los Angeles-based nonprofit transforming how behavioral health, community wellness, and healthcare are delivered in historically underserved communities. With more than two decades of experience, Fields has dedicated her career to creating innovative, culturally responsive solutions that bridge behavioral health, healthcare, workforce development, and community engagement.
Under Fields’s leadership, TPF has evolved into a trusted community-based organization that integrates Enhanced Care Management, Community Health Worker services, behavioral health, maternal and family wellness, youth development, and community resource navigation into a coordinated continuum of care.
