Josh Gorin began his career at Savills in 1997 and he has consistently been one of the firm’s top producers and leaders. As president for the Los Angeles region, he works alongside the Savills Executive Committee team to recruit talent, identify areas of growth and foster collaboration between business functions within the Los Angeles region. He continues to lead the team of over 75 professionals while also serving his clients in a brokerage capacity.
Last year, Gorin represented clients that leased nearly 4,500,000 square feet with a transaction value of over $600 million. He is a member of the North American Brokerage Board, which guides strategy for tenant advisory teams across the country. He is also a founder of Savills Academy program and has dedicated significant time and effort to supporting and mentoring the next generation of talent.
