Robin Samuel leads a team of 30+ attorneys and business professionals as head of Baker McKenzie’s California Labor & Employment practice group. Samuel co-chairs the firm’s Workforce Redesign service line, which helps clients address issues with changing work dynamics and models across the globe, including the incorporation of AI into employment and recruiting, new ways and models of working, and employee mobility. As a member of the North America Steering Committee for the Employment and Compensation practice, Samuel helps provide leadership and strategy for one of the firm’s key firm practice groups. Samuel has practiced as a litigator and employment attorney for just under 30 years.
