McGuireWoods Downtown Los Angeles partner Kevin Lally, a member of the firm’s nationally recognized Government Investigations & White Collar Litigation Department, joined the firm in 2019 after serving as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California for nearly two decades, most recently as senior litigation counsel in the Major Frauds Section. As an Assistant United States Attorney, Lally prosecuted some of the largest and most difficult cases in the Central District and distinguished himself as an outstanding trial lawyer, having convicted every defendant who proceeded to trial against him. After joining McGuireWoods, Lally hit the ground running, winning dismissal of a case alleging civil rights, wiretapping and stored communications act violations for a client in just 30 days. He continues handling high-profile white-collar cases and investigations.
