He serves as a national co-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and White Collar Defense Practices. In addition, he serves as vice-chair of the firm’s Government Relations Practice. A skilled first-chair trial attorney, Holden manages a wide range of domestic and international commer-cial matters, with an emphasis on litigation, trials and arbitrations involving complex and contested business transactions, intellectual property, unfair competition, entertainment, investment and high-stakes disputes. His clients range broadly from multinational companies and entrepreneurs to entertainment companies and businesses of sovereign Indian nations.
