Adam Bass joined Buchalter in 1993 and after 20 years became president and chief executive officer in January of 2013. Under his leadership, Buchalter has experienced substantial growth having tripled in size growing to more than 400 lawyers and opening seven new office locations in Napa Valley, Sacramento, Seattle, San Diego, Portland, Salt Lake City and Denver. As chair of the Family Office & Wealth Management Practice Group and co-chair of the Social Media Influencers Industry Group, Bass’ practice includes the representation of companies of all sizes and financial institutions in both transactional and litigation matters. He is often called upon to handle general business mat-ters for his corporate clients. Further, his areas of exper-tise include regulatory matters at the local, state and federal levels, as well as government procurement. His experience includes corporate, loan workouts, creditors’ rights, real property, labor relations, public contracting and regulatory compliance.
